Gwen Stefani

Gwen and Tony recently sat down with New York Magazine to discuss all things Push And Shove and how it felt completely natural reconnecting the band after several years. Inspiration found itself in the form of a World Tour in 2009 which Tony believes brought No Doubt back to what they started the band for in the first place;  getting  onstage and playing music. "There’s nothing that compares to being in a band with your best friends you’ve known all these years. Playing live is so automatic and so electric," adds Gwen. 

 

Tony also elaborates on the concept behind the band's most recent music video for "Settle Down" and how Sophie Muller made his idea a reality. She even went to a Jamaican nightclub and picked out the best dancers to create a Jamaican country line dance, which can be seen right here.
