El Mac Artwork for Push And Shove

Not only did Los Angeles based painter and muralist El Mac create the album artwork for No Doubt's upcoming album Push And Shove, but lead singer Gwen Stefani has been a huge fan of his for some time now. 

Gwen started collecting paintings from El Mac a couple of years ago and contacted him personally last year requesting that he paint the illustrations for the album cover. 

 El Mac spent over 6 weeks locked in his home studio working on the four separate acrylic wood panel portraits of the band. Check out the picture below that shows the complete process!
